The author proposes that approximately 15% of the population is not covered under the Discrimination Laws of our country. The idea that life has changed substantially since the anti-Discrimination Laws were written in 1964 is presented, along with the thought that perhaps it is time that white, male, Protestan, Euro-American’s should also be included in the coverage of Discriminatin Law.
